Unfortunately no -- it is extremely difficult to make a dog be vegan -- their hearts simply don't get enough taurine and l-carnitine (it's just not absorbed well from supplements).
Many of the folks who post on here are veg*n but don't try to enforce their beliefs on their dogs, so I fear you'll not find much help.
The anxiety issues coupled wtih the other problems you're experiencing sound like thyroid issues to me -- and that would be one of the organs that would do less well on a veg*n commercial diet.
It's possible to have a balanced veg*n diet but it is extremely difficult. Cruelty free, yes.
I homecook for my three dogs but I do feed them meat. They are natural carnivores -- they can be omnivores WITH HELP (their bodies really don't like cellulose much -- it takes some work to break veggies down enough for their bodies to process).
Wish I could help you but I truly can't. I realize it is difficult for veg*n to handle meat or support that industry, but dogs can't make that choice. With most veg*n diets you will wind up with some heart-related problem within 6-8 years and you may not get much 'warning' that all is not well -- but the heart tends to suffer all the way ... it just doesn't become unworkable for about that length of time.
Most of the commercial veg*n diets are also high in salts to make them more palatable for dogs.
I wish I had better news for youj.
