Subject:         dog agression

My dog is acting agressively towards other dogs while on a leash on walks. I have seen the discussions about slacking the leash and letting him explore the other dog, but my fear is that he can bite another dog before I could stop him. Should I get a muzzle for this training? What do you suggest?
