First & foremost get rid of the jerk you
are paying to further abuse your dog.
You need to gain her trust but not his
way. If she is loving in a certain place
then start there by sitting in the floor
near her & talk gently & lovingly to her.
Dont keep moving her comfort zone this
well only make her more frightened.
As far as crate training sit in front of the
crate talking lovingly to her then place a
treat just in front of the door. When she
gets it praise her & some petting. Each
time move the treat farther into the
crate. This well take time & patience but
it well be worth in the end.
