I rescued an adult pomeranian last December and he's just now started to pee on a chair in the living room. We keep this chair covered because it is new. Strangely, if we move the chair to the other side of the room, he leaves it alone. We haven't been able to actually catch him in the act, but know it's him. How can we get him to stop?
