Hi Georgi. I would strongly recommend that you find another trainer as quickly as possible. The methods your current trainer is using are abusive and will only increase your animal's fear and anxiety issues. I would find a trainer who is experienced with abused dogs and who will train your dog with firm compassion, not bullying and abuse.
