Subject:	Housebreaking

I got a 5 yr old Chihuahua from the Humane Society 4 months ago and I'm having a really difficult time housebreaking her. She is crated when we can't watch her, but she's quick and sometimes she pees before we can catch her. Last night she jumped up on the bed and peed.
We're doing everything by the book: "Good Girl" when she goes outside, "Bad Girl" when she goes in the house. Does anyone have any experience with housebreaking Chihuahuas? We've talked about giving her back, but my husband has grown very attached to her.
