Generally a "package" of liver is about 3 pounds. I'd divide that between the two over 3-4 days.
And by heart I meant BEEF heart, not chicken.
Chicken isn't something I feed much of at all. It tends to encourage inflammation so I just don't use it. Beef is better for them - a better source of taurine and l-carnitine.
Beef heart you usually will have to ask for -- it SHOULD be a cheap meat -- down here it's maybe 1/3 the cost of hamburger. Typically it's sliced. You have to cut it up into cubes. But often I don't even cook beef heart. AGain probably a couple of pounds a month per dog.
