Remember, kidney and liver both "filter" the blood -- they are both considered "dirty" organs for that reason.
That means that whatever that animal consumed prior to slaughter -- from antibiotics to supplements, or toxins -- that's going to remain in that organ.
I generally don't give organ meat like that more than once a month -- like a package of either fixed and divided between the two over the course of 3-5 days is fine. But once a month is adequate.
Now heart is a "clean" organ -- and it is GOOD for the heart. But in its chemical composition it's much more like regular 'meat' than the other two filtering organs. So you could give heart once a month in addition to once a month of *either* of the other two.
But honestly -- don't go over even once a month of the heart. It's very high in iron and neither of your girls are "losing" iron so frankly I wouldn't give any of the three more than once a month.
Kidney tends to be really fat -- and I almost never give it for that reason. My typical thing is to try to alternate heart and liver - each every other month.
