How much is she drinking? Is it really dilute or really stinky?? either?
A UTI can take many forms .. and it can come on so gradually that you may not recognize it right off.
Honestly you really need to go to the vet -- first you want NOT just a strip test, but have them do a urinalysis. In fact, given that she's "mature" now I would have them do a "senior" blood workup on her and usually THAT also includes a urinalysis and that's going to cover most of the typical stuff and it's a good place to start.
She could be manifesting spay incontinence ... but it's more typical for it to be a UTI. Older females get them EASY. But rule that stuff out before the nasty stuff. I'd probably be careful for a while and make SURE she sleeps on a sheet that's on top of a plastic sheet for a while.
You can -- at most pharmacies -- get large sized bed pads (like puppy pads but gigundo sizes -- that you can tuck around the couch AND the bed and anywhere else likely for her to sleep. It will be absorbent plus it will protect what's underneath.
