The generic at Wal-mart is their "Equate" brand -- it's Wal-Mart's own generic of benedryl - a/k/a "diphenhydramine" (the pharmaceutical name -- "benedryl" is a brand name)

Newton's is a homeopathic. TOTALLY different. It's not stronger -- homeopathy is a completely different 'science' and is considered alternative medicine.
