Subject:	How much Benadryl can I give my dogs?

Hi there,

Nikki and Abbey have been scratching a lot the past couple of days and I want to give them Benadryl but I can't remember the dosage. I did call my new vet and he says 1/2 mg per pound of body weight but I think my vet last year told me 1mg per pound...Also, how often do I give it?
