if he has had the full series of puppy shots, it is most likely not parvo. whatever it is, I hate to tell you, if it is not better now (you posted two days ago) you have got to get him to a vet. most vets now will help you apply for "CareCredit", a special sort of credit card that you can use to pay for vet care, at extremely low interest. If he's 4 months old - you have not had him very long. How long? how did you get him?? this might give a clue as to what's going on. Could he have gotten into something toxic? poodles are extremely resourceful and smart and can get into things you never would think of. and an active 4 month old pup...welll...

since money for vet care is an issue for you - get pet health insurance now, while he's young. the vet can help you get set up with it. It's cheap for a puppy, and you will need it!
