Subject:         parvo or not?

My 4 month old poodle/chichuachua is vomiting, kind of weak but not bad, and is not wanting to eat or drink. I do not have the money for the vet. He does not have bloody vomit and does not have diareeha *mispelled*, let alone not going to the bathroom. HELP, i dont want to loose him.
