Subject:         Dog refuses to come in house

I have an 8-9 year old Eskie. For the last several weeks she has been refusing to come in the house at night to sleep. She used to always come in and sleep under my bed. At first the only time she didn't want to come in was at night so I let her sleep outside. Now she doesn't want to be in during the day either and she has always been an inside dog. Its been really hot out during the day so I worry ablout leaving her out all the time. And I'm concerned something else might be going on. Any ideas?
