I do not own the pooch, but probably spend %50 of the time with her. So control and training is limited.
I preach 'don't lie to your pooch' all the time. But in this case of trying to administer meds, it's to late.
Your advice makes sense, and appreciated. However your solution would require training from a young pup, or there abouts.
I'm dealing with a 12-13yo sick JRT, and your solution, with all those years of training, won't apply. More use of the sense of smell can be used however.
Will check with the vet to see if liverwurst is appropriate.
