In particular, be sure you tell the vet exactly what you said -- that it is becoming 'explosive' -- that's a critical term. Diarreha that is just "not formed" is large intestine. However, diarreha that is uncontrolled and is "explosive" tends to be SMALL intestine and that's critical for the vet to know in order to diagnose properly.
