None of mine are super big chewers. They clean off the marrow bones, but they aren't going to chew them into oblivion. (and they really aren't into "raw meaty bones" cos none of them really care for raw meat) But a dog that really gets into that bone -- she's absolutely right you must be careful. The smaller RAW bones like chicken wings, turkey necks, etc -- those are perfect for cleaning teeth actually. And they DO consume those with no problem as long as they're raw.
