If you are puppy training (this is a 9 year old dog) you can implement going outside (because there are WOW **OTHER SMELLS** out there and it's obvious other dogs "been there have done that".
But because this is a 9 year old dog and I can't seem to find out if this is a *new* dog to her (that has been trained by someone else) or if it's her own dog who is suddenly having accidents -- we have to figure out if the dog is confused because of a change in habit or ... possibly even sick.
But you raise and EXCELLENT extra point -- **saying the same thing** no matter what is really important.
And by gosh Cookie -- I wish we heard MORE from you!!! Nice to hear from you!!! *big hugs!!!*
