A raw diet is incredibly difficult to balance -- unfortunately I just don't have the trust in any grocer/butcher and I can't afford free-range everything.

The big stopper for me (aside from my own problems with how cattle/chicken are raised in this country) is that 3 of 4 of mine are majorly immune compromised. So it's a show stopper here. But I know a lot of folks who feed raw -- mostly tho they are supplementing with pureed veg because of the balancing problem otherwise.

But since this lady is listening that's a good sign.
