I've been looking up everything I can find on reading body language and how to talk dog, especially to not so friendly dogs and to cats (physical enironment seems to be more important than social interaction for cats, though). And what can be done to lessen the stress levels of the animals.

I'm in the final four, but still have one interview to go.
