I didn't say much... just that the benefits are intangible other than the hourly wage, but the hours, location, what it is are all much more important. It's been 20 years since I've had a job, other than a day or few days now and then (I worked the election last year, things like that). Yes, I expect some things to be hard as it is the city pound, but I think it will be okay... better for them to be cared for by someone who cares and knows what they are doing, than to be treated like my Quizzie was when she went through.
