It sprays that stuff in their face -- it would just add more 'fear' to the whole equation.

The whole purpose of meds ***SHOULD BE*** not to medicate the dog into submission, but literally to get their brain back to true *thought* so they CAN be re-trained. Right now -- this dog isn't thinking ... it's simply reacting in fear. Making choices is more difficult and can be impossible when fear rules.
