it's certainly possible that a difference in formula could do it, or worming, or too-rich formula mixture. But just because diarrhea in young pups is dangerous, I'd let the vet know what's up. You can give pedialyte if they are getting dehydrated and your vet may tell you to give immodium or kaopec - but these guys are so little I'd definitely ask before giving them anything.
