Last evening my 6 year old Border Collie mix attempted to snap/bite at my 19 month old daughter's arm after she inadvertnently tried to pull a piece of paper the dog was lying on from under him. He didn't even make a mark on her arm but I was right if front of this and witnessed the event. She was fine and didn't even cry I am so upset over this and don't know what to do. I love the dog but I know my daughter's safety comes first. It's tearing me up inside thinking I may have to make a decision to remove him from our house for good. My daugher loves the dog. I really think he was spooked and reacted the way he did. I am just wondering what other people think about this and maybe give me some feedback on this.
