Hi I have a boxer pup to and when she was young we were concerned with her not gaining weight also. When we took her to the vet he told us that boxers are very active and are a slim body type. As long as she is eating and keeping it down I wouldn't worry. Our pup is now 15 months old and she is beautiful and still very slim.
