Hello. I've tried your method, but my Shi-tzu just doesn't want to walk. He needs to walk as he is going to be a show dog. I've tried just being ignorant and pulling him along, I've tried luring him with treats, if he knows he's got the lead on he's planted to the ground. How can this be fixed?
