Subject:	dog refuses to come in house at times

I have an 11 year old Golden, He will refuse to come up two steps into the house until he is good and ready. He also at times refuses to go down the steps. I tried a dog ramp but he refuses to go down it. Please help he weighs over 100 lbs. and is hard tomove.
