Subject:	cockatiel aggression

Please help. I received two cockatiels for christmas. They hatched their first baby on January 29. Five babies are out of the nesting box now and some of them are eating. My mama bird is plucking the feathers off all the birds except the first born. I'm afraid she is going to kill them. What should I do?
