Subject:	Training a boxer

I have a boxer pup who isn't at all interested in treats when she is out. I am trying to train her to not pull on the leash and to come when called, but nothing seems to work. Treats only interest her when we are together alone, otherwise she couldn't care less when she is outside. Any suggestions???
