If she's got a runny nose she needs to see a vet, ASAP! It could be an upper respiratory infection, and depending what is causing it, could be very serious (like pasturella, bordetella, etc.). Either way, the sooner you get to a vet, the better. Was the guinea pig from a pet store? A lot of pet mill piggies come with URIs from poor conditions and transport.
