Ya the same thing happened to me and I had like no clue what to do so I put some bedding at the bottom of the tunnel so when they fall there will be a softer landing because its a long fall for the babies and if they can see thats worse about four of my hamster's babies fell they were crawling but some of there legs were stiff please take this advice!!!
