If you can't afford a vet, you should have him put to sleep. This is a terrible way to die.
By the way, this could be treated with antibiotics, which won't cost much.
Guinea pigs can be very expensive pets, please don't buy another if you aren't prepared for vet bills. It's inhumane to let an animal suffer.
For future reference, you would have noticed this illness sooner if you purchase a gram scale and weigh your pet weekly.
Good luck and I hope you will go to the vet ASAP and get some antibiotics!
