My dog once was on a walk and the neibhbors have a cow paster and the put a electrical fence up and she touched it and got shalked. Now when we walk her she wont go past a certin point and she turns and runs away. We tried treats and "good girl" and " come on you can do it" but nothing has worked! Please help!
