My hamster's two females were presents for my daughter this Easter. I had gotten them a week before. They were so cool till the one popped out 14 little ones. The things I read on the internet say that my hamsters should have killed each other because of their breed. But they get along fine and the babies are, get this feeding off both the females. The one that had them don't mind. I have golden hamsters. But as long as you keep them clean and change their bedding and everything they will be cool. My two females don't care when I reach in and touch them when they are laying with the babies feeding them. But don't just touch one when they get big enough to touch, touch them all the mom will think there is something wrong with it kay.
