A dog psychologist will analyze the problem and tell you what is wrong. Emotional stress works very differently with dogs and cats and probably has something to do with new territory boundaries. Your dog has been forced into new surroundings which he/she is probably having a hard time accepting. You can find a dog psychologist online if you just do a search on dog psychologist or pet (hate that word) psychologist. I hope you get your answers. It really does sound like it's some form of emotional stress related to the new surroundings.
