Subject:	Cat strains to poop and pees all over

My cat strains to poop and when she finally does it is very smelly and hardly solid at all. It basicly 'sprays' out of her. She never covers it up either. Also has recently pooped while walking through my dining room. She is 11 yrs old. She also pees all over the place which she has been doing for a couple of yrs. Have taken her to the vet countless times with no avail. Tried Feliway. Cat Attract and locking her in a small room with box. Everything. Don't want to get rid of her, but can't stand this.
