I have had 2 cats with feline lukemia. One has passed away but the other one is fine. We keep him indoors so as not to spread the virus and keep him free of outside germs. We have been told their immune system isn't up to par but that he should be able to live a normal happy life and so far he is fine...healthy and happy.
