I just wanted to share with other pet owners who might suffer from urine odors in or out of the litter box. I tried this product from petco or petsmart and it worked very well adn had no scent so I contacted the manufacturer to find out what it is made of. I bought the concentrate from the manufacturer and saved a lot of money. It is made with plant prodcuts and is 100% non-toxic. I used to wash the litter boxes weekly but now I just empty them and spritz this stuff in there then wipe dry or let dry in the sun and there is no urine odor at all. The only thing it doesn't work on immediately is deep tile or grout penetration of urine (it might work but I have not tried the lengthy process of saturating the area for several days). If you buy the concentrate you can put it in a spay bottle and use it as a general deodorizer for urine/fecal/vomit/trash can/mildew odors. It is made by Seayu Petrotech ( sea-yu.com). It is sold on a lot of pet websites in an aerosol can but if you need a lot it is worth it to buy by the pint direct form the manufacturer which will make several gallons of spray ($10-14 for a can or $35 for the concentrate which will equal maybe 20 cans).
