Sadly there's no one but the woman i mentioned. She feeds probably over 50 cats on my street plus she's personally adopted 12 of them. Apparently she’s also part of a feral cat group that helps the cats and on occasion they get vouchers that she can use to for discounted TNR (trap neuter release) procedure. I actually tried to rescue one that was on its death bed last winter but to no avail. Also where i live is sort of a ground zero for stray and abandoned cats and to make matters worse often the people that are responsible don't even have the decency to spay or neuter before dropping them off. You're correct about the tapeworms in that he'll probably just get reinfected i was just hoping that even just a few short weeks without worms might help perk him back up.
