It is illegal to keep or raise robin's without a license so you need to take it too a rehabilitator.
Besides, you wouldn't be able to take care of it if you have school or a job. My grandmother cared for one before the licensing laws were passed. The chick needs to be fed every two hours for its first days or weeks (I'm not sure how long).
Also, the chances aren't very good that the chick is still alive even though the eggshell isn't broken. The egg would need to have been noticably warm when you picked it up, and even then the fall is likely to have shaken the chick too much.
It is good that you want to help.
