Subject:         Found fledling

My son found a fledgling in the road last night and it looks to be a newborn, it has no feathers and looks to be just a day or two old..Help what to feed .. There was no nest nearby to put it back in..I am really unsure as to what to feed this baby..Thanks any response will be appreciated.
