Subject:         baby mockingbirds, when can I let them go?

I have three baby mockingbirds that fell out of nest. Mother killed by cat. They have been with me for 5 days. Doing great, growing fast, now they can fly a little bit, and are very confident - like to sit on my head and shoulders. - They will only take food when I give it to them, and I'm concerned about when to let them go. When will they be able to find food on their own? Also there are 3 cats outside, so I want to make sure they can fly properly before I let them go.
