I just pulled a young blue jay from my dog's mouth outside. The bird has feathers and is somewhat able to fly, but not well enough to get anywhere. How should I care for him. We are in the middle of a blizzard here in Ohio. It's night time now and I am not letting him fend for himself in this weather. I have a box that he is in right now. I have some bird seed and a dish of water that he can't tip over. What else should I do?
