A friend found this baby western kingbird on her barn floor 3 weeks ago. We gave water and hydrated dog food with mashed hard boiled egg. This sweetie now looks like an adult but hasn't managed to feed himself. He takes food from the end of my finger and h2o still from a syringe. I've tried feeding him canned and freeze dried insects, but they are passing through whole. Any ideas anyone?
