After a few days of treatment, the baby has improved. The hole in the voice box closed on its own as the baby matured. I just had to keep it alive long enough for it to heal. By "popping" him a couple times a day, and feeding him when mom wouldn't, he got better fast. I have contacted Bird Talk Magazine, and they may print my story and pictures of the bizarre illness. It was truely prayer, and a miracle that I caught it in time, and was able to treat him.
