Hi Mary,

I have only been tinkering with it. I viewed the workouts and they look like they will be of benefit. It has boxing moves on it, so it will work your upper body too I think.

I havent been feeling well. I thought perhaps today I may give the workout a real tryout. I'll let ya know when I get it done and how I feel, if sore or whatever. Im sure I will be.

You sit on the RED and the seat swivels. You move it with moving your torso, holding onto the side handles.

I dont know if you remember this gadget from a long time ago. I think it was called the twister. It was this square thingy and you stood on it and twisted your body as if dancing. My mom had one of those. Do you know what I'm talking about? Anyway, this RED I have made me think of that. Kinda the same purpose to work your midsection. My most trouble spot indeed.

Hope you get to feeling better. No fun being sick, then too boot to still have your appetite. At least you knew you were'nt going to blow away.

Mary Ann
