I've been doing one of Joyce's workouts three to five times a week
for almost four weeks. My clothes are looser and I'm going to try to
get into my size 14s on Monday. I think I might make it!
Monday's the last day of the month--my plan is to weigh and
measure once a month.
I'm doing the Sonoma Diet. It's not fast but I'm sure eating more
fruits and vegies! Also measuring my grains--one serving is half a
cup. I was eating at least three times that I'm sure before the diet.
I have alot more energy, eating cleaner like this.
Good luck on your vegan food plan. Is it hard?
I like Bottoms Up, it's a toughie! If we just do something, but do it
consistently, we'll see results. Consistency is the hard part for me,
but I'm on Joyce's other board too and there's lots of support there.
I used to come here several years ago and it was such a busy
board! Times change, huh?
