Hello. I am a vegan eater for six years now. I have been doing areobic exercise and sit ups/ light weights for about the same time. REcently, I upped my exercise and weight training schedule considerably. I now do some kind of aerobic exercise for 45 min. six days a week, do 350-400 sit ups/cruches daily, and train on weights 3-4 days a week. My diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, seeds, and that's about it. Yet, I have this little bulging stomach and fat on my sides that I can pinch a good chunk of. Its driving me crazy because I don't understand why it is there, seeing all the stomach exercises I do and the fact that I eat such a low fat diet. Have you ever seen this problem in someone before?
