Subject:         Is six days/week of Joyce too much?

OK, so I just started doing JV again because I think weight training will help me get the body I have been after.

One of the ideas she suggests is to work out six days/week, alternating upper and lower. Would that be too much or overtraining? Also, I see that she sometimes puts the back workout (reverse row) on the lower body days. So then that would mean that I am using the SAME ARMS on
day 2 to pull the weights back and forth. Would that be too much strees on the arms two days in a row? JV says six days is OK in her books. It sounds effective to me but is it OK? Thanks.
