Hi...I have been doing this workout off and on for 12 years. I loaned out two of my videos and never had them returned and I'd like to purchse new ones. I keep coming back to Joyce Vedral because her workout is the only one I really get results from. I just do not like to do it alone, but now I realize I must take care of me even if no one else is there...so I am ready to get into the best shape I have even been in. I am 55 years old and Joyce is my motivation.
The only video I have left is Bottoms Up Middle Body. I need the Lower Body and the Upper Body Workouts. I do have the book. Where do I need to go to purchse her videos?
